For any high school girls intending to play softball this coming fall season, the first mandatory practice with be August 7th beginning at 6:30 am in the high school weight room.

Chris Whitehead has had a great start this year with her poultry.
She went to 4H State Poultry Day in Columbia and her team won first place in the senior division in poultry knowledge challenge.
Chis won Reserve large fowl of Pulaski County Regional Fair with her Black Langshan cockerel.
Chis also entered the Richland Tri-County Fair and won Grand Champion of poultry with her Black Langshan cockerel.

The Pulaski County Fair setup day is scheduled for June 13th at 9am. Any Ag. student/FFA member interested in helping should contact Ms. Brown. The Pulaski County Fair board gives 5 scholarships each year, preference is given to those who help with the fair setup.

The Laquey School District is happy to announce we will provide breakfast and lunch at no cost for any individual 18 years and younger. If you chose to take advantage of this opportunity please understand all meals must me consumed on site and individuals must enter through the elementary office.
