The girls soccer team will play tomorrow in Springfield for the District Championship at 6:00 pm. The Laquey District will have a PEP BUS!!!!!
Permission slips will be available for any high schooler that would like to attend the game tomorrow. Permission slips need to be brought back signed to get on the bus. The bus will leave school at 4:00pm and will be back once the game is completed. The cost to enter the game is $6.00.

CONGRATULATIONS to Soccer Lady Hornets on their 8-0 win over Fair Grove in the District Semi-Finals. They will play for the District championship tomorrow at 6:00 p.m.
Wednesday, May 17th:
Elementary School will release at 12:15.
Junior High and High School will release at 12:30.
There is no Hornet Club.

The Track Family Fun Park in Branson donated a ticket to each 3rd-6th grade student who took the MAP test!




The District Semi-Final Baseball Game for today has been postponed to tomorrow because of the weather.
If your child has medications in Nurse Christie's office, please make arrangements to pick the medication up on or before Wednesday, May 17th. If the medications are not picked up by May 17th they will be disposed of. If you have any questions please contact Nurse Christie.
Some prospective FFA members came out Saturday to help the Pulaski County Regional Fair at the horse show. Prospective members helping were Colby Banner, Tyler Jarret, and member Michael Franks.

To end the year, 5th grade had an end of the year Build a City STEM activity. Both classes ( Mrs. Bennett's and Mrs. Adelman's) were competing against each other to make efficient city. Mrs. Bennett's class won from a 2-1 vote.


Information of Free Sports Physicals... MSHSAA has updated the physical form and this form MUST be used for any new physicals. Contact the Athletic Director if you have any questions.

The Lady Soccer Hornets will play Fair Grove in the District Semi-Finals @ 4:00 p.m. today (Monday, May 15th) @ the Cooper Complex in Springfield. Weather permitting.
With the win on Saturday against Richland (9-3), the Baseball Hornets will play Iberia today (Monday, May 15th) @ 4:00 p.m. @ Crocker in the District Semi-Finals, weather permitting.
Elementary Parents/Guardians: We are having our End of the Quarter Assembly on Tuesday, May 16th. Times will be: Preschool, Kindergarten, 1st Grade - 9:00 2nd, 3rd and 4th Grade - 9:30 5th and 6th Grade - 10:00 If you plan to attend you must obtain a visitor pass from the office. We recommend that you pre-register. To pre-register for the assembly, please call Mrs Jamie in the Elementary office, 573-765-3716. Mrs Jamie will need the following information: Legal First and Last Name Driver's License State. This process is to ensure all students are safe. Mrs Jamie will preprint your badges and distribute them at the Elementary Gym doors upon your arrival on Tuesday.
Tuesday will be a fun/field day in the MS/HS. There will be activities inside as well as outside. Please dress appropriately and bring water.
Any ag or FFA kids that would like to volunteer with the Fair Board tonight, they need concession stand and gate help. Contact Mr. Rinck with any questions.

Recently the Pulaski County Regional Fair Board donated funds to local FFA Chapters. Pictured here is Ms. Brown (Laquey FFA Advisor), Celsie Wagner (FFA Member), and Mr. Rinck (Fair Board Member) donating $500.00 to the Laquey FFA chapter. Every year the Pulaski County Fair Board provides scholarships and donations to FFA & 4H members in our community to support the growth of agriculture and leadership of our youth.
