Congratulations to the National Honor Society sponsor, Mr. Atkinson, and the NHS students on an awesome ceremony tonight! New members were inducted into the organization, next years officers took office, along with seniors receiving their stoles for graduation. The seniors also recognized their most influential teacher during their educational career.
Congratulations to our Golf Team! They went and competed in the Frisco League Tournament today and we couldn’t be more proud of them.

We have 5-6 open slots for Drivers Ed this summer. Please note your student needs to be 15 no later than June 1st and will need their permit to drive.
Drivers Ed will no longer be offered during the regular school schedule.

The Drury University Dual Credit Program is proud to offer two associate degrees to high school students:
• Associate of Arts in General Studies – the AA transfers well into Drury University’s Day School Program and Drury GO (evening and online program)
• Associate of Science in Behavioral Science – the AS transfers well into Drury GO (evening and online program) but not as well into Drury University’s Day School Program
Information for the process for high school students seeking a Drury GO associate degree, is located in the high school office. It is recommended the high school student begin taking courses towards an associate degree no later than the summer after their freshman year.

Parents, graduation information went home with seniors on Friday, on paper and email. Ask your student to show you!

MAP TESTING STARTS TUESDAY, MAY 3RD FOR ELEMENTARY!!!
MAP testing days are May 3rd - May 12th:
If a 3rd - 6th grade student arrives at school after 8:15 AM they will be placed in an alternate classroom while testing is done in their classroom. Late arriving students will test in the afternoon.
