Come out tomorrow, Saturday, Jan.8, at 5:30 and cheer the Lady Hornets on to victory as they play in the second round of the Battle in Bourbon Tournament.
First grade teacher, Mrs Wolff organized a project for each student in her classroom to receive a free book once a month through donations from the Laquey Community and beyond. The donations not only covered her classroom, but several other Elementary classrooms as well. Thank you Mrs Wolff for organizing this project and thank you donors for giving!

Due to road conditions there will be no tournament games today. The boys will play the 3rd round of the Battle in Bourbon Tournament tomorrow at 4:00. The Girls will play the 2nd round of the tournament Saturday at 5:30. The Girls 3rd round date and time will be determined By the outcomes of Saturday’s games.
Due to forecast of inclement weather and wind chill temperatures, the Laquey School District will not be in session today. Thank you.
Elementary Yearbooks are now on sale. They are $11 each. They are softcover and in color. You can send in money with an order form or order and pay online at inter-state.com/order and enter 66820G. The order forms are going home this week.

Pink Out game is scheduled for January 27th at 6pm.

All proceeds will go to a staff member(s) battling cancer.

Here are the tournament brackets for the Boys and Girls Battle In Bourbon Tournament next week. The boys will play Monday 1/3 at 5:30 against Bourbon. The Girls will play Tuesday 1/4 at 5:30 against Bourbon.
Sorry for the late notice but we were just informed that the opposing team for tonight‘s girls game only has enough players to play varsity. There will be one varsity game starting at 6 o’clock this evening.
