Elementary BUZZ shirts were passed out to students today! Please have your Elementary student wear his/her BUZZ shirt every Monday (due to no school this Monday please have them wear the shirt on TUESDAY).

This student is always so good at showing responsibility. In the classroom she is great at making sure her homework is done and put where it belongs. She is good and eager to do her classroom jobs. She even will take on the job of students who are absent. Thank you for being so responsible!

During a Write the Room activity this student walked around with a friend who needed some help. He was very friendly and responsible. His teacher is very proud of him!
Thursday brought with it our PBIS meeting where we focused on the recognition of students and staff from their peers.
Positive recognition for student accomplishments
*Dual credit enrollment (18) students Sophomores through Seniors
* Throwing a NO Hitter baseball game
* Standing up and helping a student in need
* Being a positive voice to faculty and peers and setting a great example
*Being a helper in the classroom
* Cleaning up messes after their peers
* Being responsible and seeking a place to charge devices during lunch to be prepared for the next set of classes
* Sophomore class had the highest attendance rate for the month
